This is the annoying part of a council, both sides have a fair point in their own decisions, but cutting off the supplies that close to Christmas, if they had at least made that decision earlier, then it would have been easier to deal with.
But it could either be something they planned or something that they were forced to do due to their own budget, or even personal reasons.
