i actually refreshed my memory a bit and the Grandfather is in fact NOT of the traditional God level he is a Peak level 89 at the Cusp of reaching god level but then again level 90-92 is Low god tier and 93-95 96 range is Mid tier god and from 96 to 99 range is high ranking god tier 100+ is transcended .
