I’m pretty sure it’s Medis, I’ve been suspicious of him since the previous chapter but I’m even more now. He’s still a relative of the boss, so he’s likely going to be the next head if both the boss and Resina die. And now in this chapter we know that he’s able to manipulate insect, which is sooo damn perfect for putting poison in the food as it’s harder to be noticed.
