kinda like the one isekai with the young MC who becomes more and more femininity as the series goes on know for their exaggerated thighs. the creator wanted a female protag and the editor said no
basically this creator (and many others) WANT to write about a shota but they dont want to deal with writing a shota so instead they have a quirky “adult” become a shota and suddenly something like the MC seducing men because of how androgynous they look isnt something incredibly weird that needs addressing… cus it’s an adult man that knows what they’re doing
