Misleading title. He’s not a quack because a quack healer would be one who is fake and cannot really heal. His healing technique is, to a certain point, loosely based on our world’s medical ideology and not magic healing spell. So, the word to use here should be somewhere along the line of “unconventional” because his medical techniques would be considered unconventional to this fantasy world.

He is a Quack because he is Quack Healer in That Unfamiliar World where casting a holy spell heals a wound, treat unholy curses, expel harmful substance, regenerate something like idk a Limb out of miracles through the power of faith to the divine deities native to that fantasy world are some of requirements to become a Legitimate and Licensed Healer. Nothing is really wrong with the Title though, honestly the Title is Fitting like his life as a Quack Healer that people in that world sees in his way of healing l slowly becomes reliable than the “Licensed Healers” who can’t even treat a simple common cold or wound infection, and would without doubt high likely give you Tetanus because they are not so medically educated to remove metal fragments in your open wound and simply regenerated magically, not only that it’s extremely expensive as fuck. He is a Quack Healer but he is NOT a common Quack Healers that doesn’t heal but a Quack that Actually Heals.
