That Henry-kun is Henry Azazel, he’s Ameri’s father. He’s currently telling Ameri of his past.
Although we haven’t gotten to it yet, it appears that Henry fell in love with that human girl and together they had Ameri, which would mean that Ameri is half-human, half-demon; some call that a cambion.
