If you remember, whem Rimuru took the kids to get spirits to inhabitate them, the sporit who got into Chloe is herself (called Chronoa I think) she has the ability to reencarnate again and again. She took as a duty to reencarnate infinity times to find a timeline where Rimuru doesnt die, she imprisoned Veladora before Rimuru reincarnated, she stop Rimuru when he was gona go back from helping them to try and avoid the fight with Hinata, and a long etc because Chlose has lived invinite timelines where Rimuru died all the times due to circumstances (against Hinata, or the holy church, or the west empire, or yuki, etc) and this is the only timeline where everything worked out.
